I like lara bars a lot too but I can’t find the mini ones around where I live and a normal sized lara bar is too big for me to finish. I eat Luna or Larabars but they are in the cal range, so for a lighter treat I like the new one! I was eating the fiber one bars and still do on occasion, but I switched to the south beach high protein cereal bars. They are much more filling because they have 10g of protein and they do still have some fiber. I find that I usually get enough fiber now that I eat more healthy foods, but I always can use an extra protein boost.
